Hugh E. Lucariello has an extensive and varied background in both public and private sectors of the practice of law. He served a Judicial Clerkship in the state courts. He was employed by the Essex County Prosecutor's Office as Supervising Attorney for the Juvenile Section of the office and served as Assistant Essex County Council representing Essex County Departments in all civil matters.

While in private practice, he has served as Municipal Prosecutor for three Municipal Courts and introduced various innovative procedures to reduce court backlogs and streamline court calendars that remain in use today. His extensive experience includes representation of a Sewerage Authority and a Co-operative residential complex. He has successfully planned, built and managed legal practices for others as well as his own practice. He was the lead partner in two successful NJ based law practices. He also served as an Instructor for an internationally known paralegal school.
